fashion design tips?
i have been studying fashion design and have some great ideas that would really work.
its mainly hollywood club wear style and london club scene style. i have some good designs for formal chic too.
how can i get my ideas out there? i have worn a few designs out to clubs and a few people asked where i bought my clothes from, coz they wanted some.
its mens and womens designs i do, now i want to go ahead and make my designs come to life on a larger scale (not too large to start)
how can i get my stuff noticed? and what do you thinks a good name for a clothing lable? i have a few ideas but am interested in more ideas.

Go to local boutiques and make an appointment with the buyer or owner. Heck, call big department stores and try and get an appointment with their buyers as well. If you live near LA, try to get a celeb to spot your stuff. If you get one Lindsey Lohan or Paris Hilton type person to wear one of your pieces you are set. Make pieces for your hottest friends and try and generate a buzz locally. What are the ideas you have for the name? Something to do with your name always works.
