What is the normal tip for top stylist at hairdressing salons in London? ?
When you are already paying £50-80 for a cut and same for coloring, that’s over £100. Do you still tip on top of that? If so, what is the norm?

I am scheduled for a free consultation to see whether the japanese hair straightening method can be done on my hair. This includes the strand test. I’m not sure how long it will take but it would probably be around 10-15 mins. Should I tip the stylist after the consultation? I don’t know the norm for this, as this is my first time to get the procedure. And I don’t want to upset the stylist if it is indeed customary to give a tip after the consultation.
Is it customary to give tips in hair salons here in Singapore? How much?
I’m going to have my hair cut in Singapore the first time in a high end salon. I read before that tipping in Singapore is not the norm, but I’m not sure if that’s also true for hair salons (especially Passion). Should I give tip to the “leading stylist”? How about the person who shampooed/dry my hair? If yes, how much should I give? Is it based on percentage?
